KJ Laser Micromachining was founded as a division of KJ Marketing Services in August 2001 and has established itself as one of the leading companies in laser micro machining (laser cutting, laser drilling, laser welding, laser marking, laser engraving and laser surface structuring) in Canada and North America.

KJ Laser Micromachining is located in a 23,000 Sq Ft High-Tech facility in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Toronto is Canada’s largest city and the hub of the golden triangles high tech industry. We are located on the western side of Toronto, 20 minutes from Toronto’s Pearson International Airport or Toronto’s Downtown Core and 1.5 hours from the United States Border. 

KJ Laser Micromachining is a custom fabrication facility, specializing in advanced laser micro machining and laser material processing of both metallic and non-metallic materials. It also applies the most advanced laser technologies to develop and deliver custom solutions for the precision manufacturing of medical and photonic devices, automotive, defense and electronic components, solar cells, seal gaskets, SMT stencils and others. 

The successful growth of the company is based on a dedicated and competent team of laser PhDs and laser engineers. Our staff has many years of international industrial experience in lasers, optics, materials science and laser material processing.

LASER CUTTING OF SMT STENCILS

Running under KJ SMT Stencils division, we are a technological leader in laser cutting of solder paste printing stencils, including high quality BGA and wafer stencils. We provide both stainless steel and polyimide stencils with aperture size below 25 µm and positioning accuracy of +/- 5 µm over a print area of 25” x 25”. Our competitive prices and extremely quick turnaround (within 24 hours) together with a strict quality control approach have established us as one of the most preferred stencil cutting facilities in Canada and the USA.
